About Handtherapie Amsterdam

Handtherapie Amsterdam is the specialist in treating hand and wrist complaints. We cooperate with all hospitals and general practitioners in Amsterdam and are organized on a small scale with practices in the middle of the city. Professionalism and an informal atmosphere are our focus, with a focus on personal attention for our patients.

Your role

As Office Manager, you are the first point of contact for our practice. You make sure everything runs smoothly and support both our therapists and patients with administrative and organizational tasks. Your responsibilities:
✔ Scheduling and coordinating appointments
✔ Answering phone calls and emails
✔ Drafting, checking and sending letters and other correspondence
✔ Supporting the team with facility issues and inventory

Who are we looking for?

✔ You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good command of English
✔ You are enthusiastic, driven and committed
✔ You like a varied job and think proactively
✔ You work accurately and have an eye for detail
✔ Experience in a similar position is a plus but not a must
