No matter how hard we try, sometimes there's things you'd prefer differently. Of course you discuss this with the therapist. Are you unable to resolve it? Then you can submit the complaint to us for handling. We take this seriously, and we will get back to you quickly.

You are not satisfied and did not come to terms with your therapist. Very annoying. We would like to find a solution together with you. Tell us your story and we will see what we can do as a team to help you. Clearly describe what you expect from us. We will respond quickly.

We value the bond of trust very much, and want to act accordingly. Giving stars and ratings by Google or 'Zorgkaart' does not solve your issue, and doesn't improve health care professionals.

So always just contact us, we guarantee that we will take your complaint seriously and offer a solution.

Paramedics Complaints Desk (KLP).

Through the professional association Ergotherapie Nederland, our practice is affiliated with the KLP. Of course you will first discuss a complaint with us, and we will try to find a solution together. However, if you find that we do not come to a good solution, you can under the Act on Quality Complaints and Disputes Care (Wkkgz) submit your complaint independently to this disputes committee. You will have to pay costs for this.
