Work or internship

We work with salaried employment. That offers you security. We do not work with ZZP-ers, because we believe in the power of cooperation and long-term relationships. Within primary occupational therapy, we are an excellent match. You get a good salary, travel expenses, vacation days and your own customized pension plan.

You will learn internally and through external training, grow rapidly in your work, and continue to learn. Training is paid for.

In which you can be yourself. We convince with knowledge, not uniforms.

You will work with a team of fun colleagues. We think the work atmosphere is important and we deal with each other informally. With some regularity we speak to each other after work, during a dinner, an outing or drinks.

You direct your own work and learn from each other; we don't meet for the sake of meeting, but when necessary. Steering is there where necessary, or when overarching decisions have to be made. But we do that too in consultation.
